  This is the "Glory to God in the Highest" from the traditional western liturgy.  This setting is rather mild as a contemporary setting, more folk than rock.  This ancient text is a powerful hymn of praise to the Lord who has forgiven our sins, and hears our prayers.  Although written for the liturgy, it can be used as a praise song.

This setting can also be done in a more traditional manner with the organ.
